MEMBER FORMS

NEW MEMBERS are required to submit the following forms:

NEW NIPPER PARENTS must submit the above forms with the respective Nipper applications.

NON-ACTIVE MEMBER RELATIVE  (RELM) -  for relatives of current senior members (not Nippers). Applicants are required to submit the forms above and should indicate on the application form the name of the Active member to whom they are related.

MEMBERS TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER CLUB are required to submit the above forms plus:

BRONZE MEDALLION  applicants are required to submit interest in attending training http://www.manlylsc.com.au/lifesaving/courses/bronze_medallion_course.html 
A Bronze Medallion pack including all necessary forms will be forwarded. The pack will also include a memo advising all session dates and payment options. Candidates MUST be able to attend ALL sessions as listed in the memo.PLEASE DO NOT SEND FORMS UNTIL ADVISED TO DO SO.

ALL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS (inlcuding renewals) are forwarded to the Management Committee for consideration. Under Rule 3.3 of the Manly Life Saving Club Constitution, Rules and Bylaws "The Management Committee shall determine whether or not to approve an application or re-application for membership. The Management Committee is not required to supply reasons for approving or rejecting and application.
